EPM periodically looks for opportunities around Africa to assess and evaluate blocks and other oil concessions put on offer. Some are at a purely exploratory stage while others may already have discoveries on them. EPM actively assesses and ranks these opportunities ready for investors.

There are currently in Nigeria pools of oil and gas fields discovered mostly in the Niger delta, but also in the Anambra Basin and Benue Trough that have remained undeveloped for over one to two decades. These discoveries are usually between 5-30 MM barrels of proven recoverable crude oil. A few others are proven gas fields with reserves between 30 – 500 BCF.

We offer advisory services for both old and new entrants into the Oil and Gas industry on various levels, from outlining and accessing necessary policy information and providing solutions from our wealth of experience in the industry to tackle any questions or queries about operations to providing technical strategy support as in the case of Oil and Gas asset development and other related matters.

EPM has actively been involved in the Project and Operations Management space by providing industry know-how to clients unable to or not yet properly set up to handle every day operations. Services offered here range from technical and economic evaluations of assets to their acquisition either through open bid exercises on open concessions such as is done during the periodic bid rounds or direct Farm-In with current Operators.

We are also able to manage daily operations on behalf of our clients including all the statutory follow up and permitting affairs with all concerned regulators and authorities, subsequent report presentations and the everyday administrative, legal and technical input necessary for the successful running of an Exploration and Production business.
